My challenge is to write a piece of prose or
poetry inspired by a cliche, any cliche. It may be one you love, or one that
sets your teeth on edge. You may chose to write a piece that is non-cliched - or
festering with them. The cliche might be the title of your piece, or you might
want the reader to guess what it is. It's up to you. This time the maximum is 1000 words, so the only proviso is that
you keep it short and sweet :-) Check out this website for ideas.
Enjoy.
